Too bad we would rather fight that communicate. Shall I bow? Pardon my facitiousness.
Read again what was sent

I am communicating, not fighting. Blessings to you with love and respect...I will re- read it. Have a blessed day...

So the sacrifice and oblation will cease.   Where?   In the temple?    Aldred

I get very disturbed by these repeated assertions because I know why this mistake is so frequently repeated - it is (often unwittingly) to sow discord among believers. So you should understand who placed this stumbling block in your way.

Yes you must keep the Sabbath day holy if you have such a conviction. Now consider others who have a different understanding as follows:

Jesus tells us that the Sabbath was made for man, not the other way round. (All emphasis in quoted scripture is mine).

Mark 2:

v27And He said unto them, The sabbath was made for man, and not man for the sabbath. 28. Therefore, the Son of man is Lord also of the sabbath.

This is to ensure that man and beast get one day of rest per week by law. (Even the horses in Napoleon's cavalry regiments were dying of exhaustion when that man tried to institute a metric week, i.e. 10 days). N.B. No person or animal should be forced to work day in and day out - that is the intention of the day of rest.

However, since Jesus perceived valid reasons to ignore the Sabbath laws when justified, he told the Pharisees so, in no uncertain or ambiguous terms. Unlike the many things left unsaid in scripture, this point was specifically recorded. Now think about the reasons for that and see why at the end of this response.

Choosing a particular day is only relevant for the convenience of fellowship - nothing to do with Saturday or Sunday.

Very importantly, this has nothing to do with the mark of the beast. As Revelation 13 says:

v16: And he causeth all, both small and great, rich and poor, free and enslaved {bond}, to receive a mark in their right hand, or in their foreheads; v17 And that no man might buy or sell, except {save} he that had the mark, or the name of the beast, or the number of his name.

Exactly where is the Sabbath marked on your hand or forehead, Ed?

Moving the Sabbath does not prevent anyone doing business on normal weekdays. Do you really believe that the verses warn about restriction of commerce by believers only on weekends?  You could be accused of talking like a Pharisee - all talk, no understanding. Ask God to reveal his will to you, because your teacher is mistaken.

The final authority is the bible -  so read this VERY carefully and give up your mistaken concern, it is really that bad:

Romans 14:

5 One person considers one day more sacred than another; another considers every day alike. Each of them should be fully convinced in their own mind. 6 Whoever regards one day as special does so to the Lord.

Now, seek the Lord and ask him for wisdom so that you can concentrate on useful concerns instead of divisions.

The mark (sign) of the beast is keeping Sunday as the day of weekly rest, as opposed to the sign of YHWH, which is the keeping of His 7th-day Sabbath.   As His Scriptures say, "Keep My 7th day holy; it is a sign (mark) between you and Me, that I am your God and you are My people".   The religious beast is spoken of in many places in the Bible, Old Testament and New.   It is the Roman Catholic church, who, by papal decree, command their followers to keep Sunday instead of the true Sabbath of the true God, YHWH.   In Revelation it is stated that those who (knowingly and willfully) take the mark of the beast (Sunday-keeping) and refuse to keep the Lord's (YHWH'S) true 7th day Sabbath, that their names have not been written in the book of (eternal) life since the foundation of the world.  YHWH foresees what all of us will choose when we learn the knowledge of keeping of His Sabbaths.  If we reject His Sabbath and obey the pope's (the beast's) command to keep Sunday, we will be destroyed forever at the Judgement before Yeshua.   Another sign or mark that proves we accept YHWH is the keeping of His 7 annual
Feasts, and reject the false, pagan holidays of the beast church, such as Christmas, Easter, Good Friday, etc.   -Ed

Well said Mike Van...Shalom Aleikhem...

First we need to understand what the Mark of YHWH is and then use that as a reference to explain what the Mark of the Beast is, because I am sure John was looking towards what the Mark of YHWH is.

Lets go to Deut 6:4 The Shema.. Deu 6:4 Hear, O Israel: The YHWH our Elohim is one yhwh: Deu 6:5 And thou shalt love the yhwh thy Elohim with all thine heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy might. Deu 6:6 And these words, which I command thee this day, shall be in thine heart: [CIRCUMCISED HEART] Deu 6:7 And thou shalt teach them diligently unto thy children, and shalt talk of them when thou sittest in thine house, and when thou walkest by the way, and when thou liest down, and when thou risest up. Deu 6:8 And thou shalt bind them for a sign upon thine hand, and they shall be as frontlets between thine eyes.

Here we see the Mark of YHWH told to be put on the Right arm and on the Forehead, Whether people want to literally do this as the Jews did and still do using the Tefillin, which they bind on their right arm and put on their forehead Or since the right arm represents strength and the forehead represents the MIND and the mind and the heart are the same. Should the Shema be made our strength "right arm" and in our minds and heart "fronlet between thine eyes, forehead" I also believe that when the heart is mentioned YHWH is making a reference to the children of Israel hearts being circumcised.

We need to get a deeper meaning of what the Shema means and Yahshua expounded the Shema and gave it more meaning when he was asked:

Mat 22:36 Master, which is the great commandment in the law/Torah? Yahshua answered: Mat 22:37 Yahshua said unto him, Thou shalt love the YHWH thy Elohim with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind. Mat 22:38 This is the first and great commandment. Mat 22:39 And the second is like unto it, Thou shalt love thy neighbor as thyself. Mat 22:40 On these two commandments hang all the law and the prophets. Meaning the Tanakh!

Why did Yahshua say on these two commandments hang the law and prophet, because of the Decalogue the Ten Commandments encompass the relationship between "Man and YHWH" and "Man and his neighbor"

The first four commandments represents mans relationship with YHWH "The Creator"

Exo 20:3 Thou shalt have no other gods before me.

Exo 20:4 Thou shalt not make unto thee any graven image, or any likeness of any thing that is in heaven above, or that is in the earth beneath, or that is in the water under the earth:

Exo 20:5 Thou shalt not bow down thyself to them, nor serve them: for I the YHWH thy Elohim am a jealous Elohim, visiting the iniquity of the fathers upon the children unto the third and fourth generation of them that hate me; Exo 20:6 And shewing mercy unto thousands of them that love me, and keep my commandments.

Exo 20:7 Thou shalt not take the name of the YHWH thy Elohim in vain; for the YHWH will not hold him guiltless that taketh his name in vain.

Exo 20:8 Remember the sabbath day, to keep it holy. Exo 20:9 Six days shalt thou labour, and do all thy work: Exo 20:10 But the seventh day is the sabbath of the YHWH thy Elohim: in it thou shalt not do any work, thou, nor thy son, nor thy daughter, thy manservant, nor thy maidservant, nor thy cattle, nor thy stranger that is within thy gates: Exo 20:11 For in six days the YHWH made heaven and earth, the sea, and all that in them is, and rested the seventh day: wherefore the YHWH blessed the sabbath day, and hallowed it.

And the other six commandments represent mans relationship with his neighbor "Mankind"

Exo 20:12 Honour thy father and thy mother: that thy days may be long upon the land which the YHWH thy Elohim giveth thee.

Exo 20:13 Thou shalt not kill.

Exo 20:14 Thou shalt not commit adultery.

Exo 20:15 Thou shalt not steal.

Exo 20:16 Thou shalt not bear false witness against thy neighbour. Exo 20:17 Thou shalt not covet thy neighbour's house, thou shalt not covet thy neighbour's wife, nor his manservant, nor his maidservant, nor his ox, nor his ass, nor any thing that is thy neighbour's.

I know there are 613 mitzvot (commandments)., but I believe those are not being discounted by making a reference to the Ten commandments. However, as the Ark of the Covenant is an example of YHWH throne where he sits and rules and the Tablets of stone with the Ten commandments on them where put in the Ark of the Covenant. The Ten Commandments are the foundation of YHWH throne and kingdom where he sits and rules..

So anything contrary to YHWH throne/kingdom/ leadership/Ten Commandments/Mizvots could be seen as the Mark of the Beast....

To say that the Mark of the Beast is just Sunday Worship is just ridiculous, when the Sabbath is a part of the ten commandments. So you can keep the seventh day Sabbath "Saturday"and not be torah observant, You would be still regarded as lawless or not torah observant, The Mark of the Beast can not be defined to one commandment. it comes down to who and where your allegiance is to. Who you have made your strength "Your right Arm" and where your mind and heart

The mark of the beast is ostensibly to control commerce. The reason that carrying this mark is so unacceptable is because the person receiving the mark will surrender authority (and ultimately, allegiance) to the beast who will only control commerce through his position as a global authority. There may be some camouflage attempts at hiding the relationship between authority and purely financial facilities, hence the warning about requiring wisdom.

It has become completely feasible to implant a very inexpensive (9 US cents in 2011), electronic "smart chip" or, more accurately called a transponder, under the skin of living creatures. This transponder is commonly called  a RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) chip and it is powered by bringing a scanner within reading distance. The chip is about the size of a small grain of rice. It can be made much smaller (it is then called a "micro-bead". These beads are now used as a security measure on some modern cars where thousands of these beads can be mixed into the paint and sprayed under the hood, trunk, dashboard, floor or where ever there is no requirement for a perfect, glossy finish). However, the "rice-grain" size is better in a living tissue implant, as it will not be easily dislodged from its position, like a micro-bead might be. (As another example, RFID chips are commonly used in stores to prevent theft of higher-value items as they are detected when a thief takes them through a "scanner gate" near the store exit. Stores use a device to electronically unlink, or even "burn out", the chip at the Point of Sale, when the linked product is legally paid for. Look for a thick white tag, as the most common form. It often has a barcode on it as well. These chips can also be implanted in pets to facilitate identification if they stray). Every chip has a unique number with the capability of holding a number in the trillions - no two in the world are the same. The unique RFID number can be electronically linked to whatever identity is required. Here is Wikipedia article on: RFID. Wikipedia notes the concern that some people object to human barcoding precisely for the reasons mentioned here. I think it is safe to assume that implementation of the mark depends on marginalising such objectors as well as some attempt to make the number much less obvious.

Note: The Food and Drug Administration in the United States has approved the use of RFID chips in humans. And why shouldn't they, if the materials are safe, since the FDA is not a religious institution.

The purported motivation to go to a cashless society will be that it thwarts the criminal element - by exposing all financial transactions, so "responsible citizens will not object to it and anyone who does object has ulterior motives for doing so and automatically suspect". It is also possible that as an added security measure, chips may require an external registration mark to align a scanner more easily. More importantly, any chip that can be scanned, can be cloned. To reduce the use of a cloned chip, the wearer may be required to have a unique tattoo over the chip to allow a second form of verification . Multiple or fake tattoos will obviously be suspect, much like a tampered signature. This is a most likely scenario for having a mark on the hand.

A possible reason for having the chip and its mark located on the forehead would be as a deterrent to muggers who might be prepared to sever a victims hand in order to access the chip and its mark at a more convenient location. Having the chip implanted under the skin on the forehead is likely to be sold as a more secure option, since that class of crime is no longer just theft. I suspect that the forehead tattoo will actually be more of a success as a fashion statement than as a security feature - and possibly be seen as good social manners, seeing as the mark may be inspected for easily for a transaction.

How acceptable would it be to have a mark on the hand or forehead? For that answer, I invite you to Google some statistics on the rate of growth in the tattoo industry. How many people do not have tattoos? It seems to be easier to count them than to count those that have succumbed to this fashion. So one more,  "useful" tattoo is unlikely to be a cause for concern for most adherents.

Now as to the number of the name of the beast. I suspect that the mark will most likely be a bar code for a unique identity number (social security number, in the US). Investigation of the most commonly used bar code system (there are several but there are few as ubiquitous as the ones used for commercial product marking) will show that it has a format of two long stripes at the beginning, middle and end of the code. (Go and fetch a can of food from your kitchen and look at it now). See the double stripes at each end and in the middle of the bar code? All the bar combinations represent numbers. Would you be shocked to know that two thin bars usually represents the sixth digit?

Let me be clear. Not ALL barcodes use the same code - six can be represented by other codes. I don't expect the mark of the beast to have the number this obviously displayed - but I do think that the whole preamble to marking humans is an eye-opener for those who are willing to be discerning.

For your further interest, go to this site about bar codes - which has nothing to do with scripture or the beast: Read a Barcode. Have a look at the options for coding "6", using the codes named R-code and G-code.

Of course, there is always the option of resorting to Wikipedia: wiki/Barcode for additional information.

It is written, "Authority was given to make war with the saints and overcome them" (Rev. 13:7) "Also those who have not worshipped the beast or its image and did not recieve the mark on their foreheads and on the hands. They came to life and ruled and ruled with the Messiah for a thousand years" (Rev 20:4). There will be a GREAT persecution of all God's people in every nation, tribe and language of those who DO NOT worship the beast or bear its mark! Whatever the mark may be, we will be well aware that without it, we will not be able to buy or sell. SO BE IT! What an honor, to be counted worthy to die for our Lord and God!!! Stand Fast, and believe in the Lords plan!!! For there is Yeshuah (salvation) under no other name...

The disciples of the apostle John did not know anything about computers so they thought it may be that people would have to burn incense to Cesar before buying anything.  The important thing is that all those who do not have the seal of our father in heaven will be forced to take the mark.  People who don't love truth will believe a lie.

I agree

How can the Mark of the Beast be Sunday Worship, when it states. "No one Can buy or sell without it?" / Shalom...

The disciples of John thought the antichrist would be from the Jews.  I think they connected it with the little horn which ripped up the 3 other horns which they believed would be Egypt, Assyria and Libya.  I think they believed the antichrist would be from the Jews cause he would be claiming to be the Christ, therefore would have to be from the Jews.
Those disciples were trained by John and were martyrs.  I doubt they would teach anything even speculating contrary to what John taught them.

We also must not forget that some of Johns disciples had the gift of prophecy. If Adonai did not keep it hidden from Johns disciples, Doug Ri may very well be right...Although, like today, people had made that claim to be the Messiah even though they were not Jewish. Another reason backing up Doug Ri is that the Jews are still waiting for a Messiah because of their lack of belief in Yeshua HaMashiach, therefore, if the antiChrist was Jewish and performed the miracles as prophesied in Revelation, they may believe Hashem's Messiah had come since the majority is not familiar with Revelation! Just a thought!
