Profile Information

Do you consider yourself a:
Messianic Gentile
Books I consider Canonical:
Tanak (Old Testament), Ketuvim Netzarim (New Testament)
Favorite version of Scriptures:
Complete Jewish Bible
Marital Status
Married
Interests:
Hebrew, Greek and Latin word studies. Prefer a literal translation of BH greek by using Septuagint word meaning. Which says that there is no good reason to translate eklasia as church or dogmasin as commandment or ieasous as Jesus or bromasin as meat ... etc all things that take the scriptures out of their Jewish context
What is your favorite Book of the Scriptures?
Have too many to pick just one
What is your favorite verse?
That one varied over time

(Isa 14:1) For the LORD will have compassion on Jacob, and will yet choose Israel, and set them in their own land; and the stranger shall join himself with them, and they shall cleave to the house of Jacob.

You listed yourself as a Messianic Gentle on your profile. I was wondering how you saw Ephesians 2:11-13 "Wherefore remember, that ye [being] in time past Gentiles in the flesh, who are called Uncircumcision by that which is called the Circumcision in the flesh made by hands; That at that time you were without Messiah, being aliens from the commonwealth of Israel, and strangers from the covenants of promise, having no hope, and without YHVH
in the world:But now in Yeshua Messiah you who sometimes were far off are brought near by the blood of Messiah."

I don't mean to sound preachy or judgmental, just wondering how you see the verse as compared to you?
