While He did not condemn meat eating many of the early talmidim, Ya'akov the brother of Yeshua amongst them, were vegetarian since such a diet is fitting the coming kingdom. Thus many Essene Nazarene's adhere to the diet as well.
I would like to know how that works ?
Do we have a timetable as to who and when the open seats will be filled?
I would suggest there are some Essene writings that should be in the canon. Thanksgiving Psalms comes to mind right away.

We Essene talmidim believe that Yeshua lived with the ancient Essenes. Many Biblical scholars now agree that it is likely most of His original talmidim largely came from the Essene community. Essenes lived in cities such as Jerusalem as well communal villages such as that at Qumran.
