Of the 930 assorted documents from Qumran, 790, or about 85% of them are written in Hebrew (120 or about 13% are written in Aramaic, and 20 or about 2% are written in Greek).
Hebrew – 85%
Aramaic – 13%
Greek – 2%
Many historians and archaeological information proves that the Israelites spoke Hebrew and Aramaic in the first century. So I believe that the Ketuvim Netzarim ("New Testament") was written in Hebrew and Aramaic.
