Jasher, Enoch, Job are Canon of the Ancient Church. They do contain the internal sense and are therefore the Word. However, they differ in that the Word treats of nothing else than the Lord and His kingdom.
In the application to join is the question Ketuvim Netzarim (New Testament) is Canon. I supposed this question to mean the Four Gospels. The Four Gospels are Canon. The New Testiment Canon is limited to these Four Gospels and the Revelation. I am not sure about the definition of terms used in the application process.
