That depends as to rather who proves their case! But you can have your attorney depose the other side before they can even begin to proceed to present with the cause of their claim.
The foolishness of the so called christian faith that is doing this! have your attorney inform the plaintiff,that it will be vary publicized case. That it would bring harm to their reputation,esp. to their creditability once they lose! That sad thin…

- It's quite all right dear friend. I should have put your name in the invitation thing but at the time I was in a hurry. I am glad that I was able to brighten your day. That makes me happy! Last night I found a church I might visit in NYC called Congregation of Beth El - www.bethelnyc.org but I am not happy that the women were uncovered with no tallit and also they believe that the Gentiles are not to observe Torah, so I am at odds with them about that. I believe that Torah is for everyone - Jews and those strangers who are grafted into Israel.
