THANKS FOR NOTHING BRINKS

We have called Brinks repeatedly to complain that their trucks have been parking so as to block parking reserved for the disabled at our local QT.  In Texas this is just as illegal as parking in a the actual space without a permit.  QT even has signs not only identifying the Reserved for Disabled parking spaces, but instructing "delivery trucks" not to block these spaces.  My wife is disabled and we have a legitimate disabled parking permit, but find the space is frequently blocked…
