James Trimm has recently debated Orthodox Rabbi Asher Meza

This was not a formal debate, but styled as a friendly discussion.

Tell us what you think in the comments below.

As many of you know my wife spent most of August and September in the hospital (a total of more than fifty days) much of it in ICU, fighting for her life.  Now we are home but our real struggles have just begun.  She is still attached to a "wound vac" machine by about an 8' tube, and can only walk using a walker.  All of this and we are now facing piled up bills and medical bills not covered by insurance.

As I have said to you many times, I look on this work as a co-operative one with me, and all of you combining our resources together in order to get the job done of helping to teach this great truth to all in the world who will listen. Thank you so much from the bottom of my heart for your continued support, you are the ones who make it all possible by your contributions and your prayers for our work. I truly appreciate your help in every way.

Orthodox Rabbi Asher Meza spoke well concerning the Nazarene mindset, or of the concerns we have of other "sects" refusal to accept the Deity of Yeshua (YHWH) and His message meant for everyone then and now. This topic is the crux of what we should NOT back off from despite Rabbi Meza's attempt to use the phrase "progressive revelation" to degrade our message. "Progressive revelation" is rife in the additional books we consider as inspired and authoritative and is NOT adding to torah!

His asserting all books aside from "the Torah" are to be dismissed as "adding to Torah" without accepting the warnings that are in them, apply to him even if he thinks they do not. Perhaps we should ask him who is the "us" in Gen 1:26 and 11:7? Or, cannot Eloah do anything He chooses?

I think he showed that in order to avoid the conclusion that Yeshua is Messiah, you must reject the authority of the Tanak except for the Torah and reject the traditions of our fathers regarding which passages in the Tanak are speaking about the Messiah.
