The following is her Facebook post today (slightly modified for this forum):
It is so strange to see memories of things that happen to you but you have real no memory of it happening. This was the day that they went into emergency surgery and I came back from that to ICU and they did not know if I survive the night. That wasn't shared by my husband at the time. He was so shaken with such news I don't think he could bare sharing that information thus making it real if it had happened.
Days later I discovered how really scared he was and what he was going through. (see pic below)
I am sharing this because there are so many that go through what we did (different circumstances) and ask for prayer all the time or a good thought on your part. I was very happy to see people stepping up at that time to say an encouraging word or offering up prayers. Such in a time of need when things are so uncertain it is important to remember people in a crisis and be there even with a simple few words.
It is also important to remember that even after the crisis that there are for some long term affects of not just the physical but the emotional and people still need to know that just doesn't disappear. To check in on someone especially through a long process is important to be remembered in a crisis. We have had some of those in our lives and are very thankful.
I guess I am writing this because I see the long struggle I have had and were I am no longer in danger of dying I am still dealing with all the after affects of what did happen a year later. I am no longer the person I was and that can be a struggle in my head at times. Where the memories are hard to see and turmoil that my husband and mother especially went through they have also been the constant that has been in my life and I am forever grateful for their love.
So next time you see a friend or family post for help or prayer remember them not just today but down the road. Check in. It can do all the wonders when someone says, hey how are you doing? I care, I am here.
Thank you to those who still check in and new found friends who are helping us make it through.
I love you James Scott Trimm more then you can possibly be know. Thank you for everything you have done and are still doing.
Please look below. Its important to know what is being felt by someone who might be going through at a time in crisis but doesn't always share that. This is what my precious husband was going through. His thoughts he wrote to me why I was unconscious for a few days.
We appreciate all of the support you have given and continue to give. Now is one of those times when we are needing any donations we can get. Donations have been low this month and now we need at least $400 by the end of today (Friday the 9th of August). So any donation you can help with in the next 24 hours is urgently needed!
We need your help. Financial support for this ministry has been way down in recent weeks.
Help us as we reach out to a lost world with the messages of Torah and Messiah. Help us as we provide milk for new believers and meat for the mature. Help us as we equip Gideon's army for these last days!
NazareneSpace and the Worldwide Nazarene Assembly of Elohim are reaching Jewish people with Messiah like no other ministry while at the same time reaching Christians and other non-Jews with the message of Torah!
Help us keep the vision alive!
Any amount you can donate will help!
If you can make a one time donation of $500 or $1,000 dollars to support this work, now is the time to step up to the plate, as we are in a budget shortfall.
What other ministry is reaching the Jewish people with Messiah like this ministry is?
Now is time to step up to the plate!
You can donate by going to the pay-pal counter at http://www.nazarenespace.com or donations can be sent by paypal to firstname.lastname@example.org.
