The Messianic Kingdom Checklist

(The following are some of the grounds on which believers will be excluded from the Messianic Kingdom during the Age to Come)

I. Not keeping YHWH’s Sabbaths (Ezekiel 20:11-13) 11 I gave them my decrees and made known to them my laws, for the man who obeys them will live by them. 12 Also I gave them my Sabbaths as a sign between us, so they would know that I, YHWH, made them holy. 13 “‘Yet the people of Israel rebelled against me in the desert. They did not follow my decrees but rejected my laws —although the man who obeys them will live by them—and they utterly desecrated my Sabbaths. So I said I would pour out my wrath on them and destroy them in the desert.

II. An Unforgiving Spirit (Matt. 18:32-35)
32 “Then the master called the servant in. ‘You wicked servant,’ he said, ‘I canceled all that debt of yours because you begged me to. 33 Shouldn’t you have had mercy on your fellow servant just as I had on you?’ 34 In anger his master turned him over to the jailers to be tortured, until he should pay back all he owed.35 “This is how my heavenly Father will treat each of you unless you forgive your brother from your heart.”

III. Eating Unclean Foods (Isa. 66: 17)
17 “Those who consecrate and purify themselves to go into the gardens, following the one in the midst of those who eat the flesh of pigs and rats and other abominable things—they will meet their end together,” declares YHWH.

IV. Possessing Pharasaical Righteousness—Hypocricy (Matt. 5:20)
20 For I tell you that unless your righteousness surpasses that of the Pharisees and the teachers of the Torah, you will certainly not enter the kingdom of heaven.

V. Clinging to the Things of This World (Lk. 18:25)
25 Indeed, it is easier for a camel to go through the eye of a needle than for a rich man to enter the kingdom of Elohim.”

VI. Not Being Born of Water and the Spirit (Jn. 3:5)
5 Yahshua answered, “I tell you the truth, no one can enter the kingdom of Elohim unless he is born of water and the Spirit.

VII. Denying the Messiah (Matt. 10:32-33)
32 “Whoever acknowledges me before men, I will also acknowledge him before my Father in heaven. 33 But whoever disowns me before men, I will disown him before my Father in heaven.”

VIII. Inhumanity (Lk. 16:19-25)
19 “There was a rich man who was dressed in purple and fine linen and lived in luxury every day. 20 At his gate was laid a beggar named Lazarus, covered with sores 21 and longing to eat what fell from the rich man’s table. Even the dogs came and licked his sores.22 “The time came when the beggar died and the angels carried him to Abraham’s side. The rich man also died and was buried. 23 In Hades, where he was in torment, he looked up and saw Abraham far away, with Lazarus by his side. 24 So he called to him, ‘Father Abraham, have pity on me and send Lazarus to dip the tip of his finger in water and cool my tongue, because I am in agony in this fire.’ 25 “But Abraham replied, ‘Son, remember that in your lifetime you received your good things, while Lazarus received bad things, but now he is comforted here and you are in agony.”

IX. Lack of Suffering for Messiah (II Tim. 2:12)
12 if we suffer,
we will also reign with him.
If we disown him,
he will also disown us;

X. Falling Away from Messiah (Heb. 6:4-8)
4 It is impossible for those who have once been enlightened, who have tasted the heavenly gift, who have shared in the Holy Spirit, 5 who have tasted the goodness of the word of Elohim and the powers of the coming age, 6 if they fall away, to be brought back to repentance, because to their loss they are crucifying the Son of Elohim all over again and subjecting him to public disgrace.7 Land that drinks in the rain often falling on it and that produces a crop useful to those for whom it is farmed receives the blessing of Elohim. 8 But land that produces thorns and thistles is worthless and is in danger of being cursed. In the end it will be burned.

XI. Practicing the Works of the Flesh (Gal. 5:19-21)
19 The acts of the sinful nature are obvious: sexual immorality, impurity and debauchery; 20 idolatry and witchcraft; hatred, discord, jealousy, fits of rage, selfish ambition, dissensions, factions 21 and envy; drunkenness, orgies, and the like. I warn you, as I did before, that those who live like this will not inherit the kingdom of Elohim.

XII. Shrinking Back in Cowardice (Heb. 10:38)
38 But my righteous one will live by trust.
And if he shrinks back,
I will not be pleased with him.

XIII. Putting Stumbling Blocks in the Way of Elohim’s People (Matt. 18:6-7)
6 But if anyone causes one of these little ones who believe in me to sin, it would be better for him to have a large millstone hung around his neck and to be drowned in the depths of the sea. 7 “Woe to the world because of the things that cause people to sin! Such things must come, but woe to the man through whom they come!

XIV. Not Abiding in Messiah (Jn. 15:5-6)
5 “I am the vine; you are the branches. If a man remains in me and I in him, he will bear much fruit; apart from me you can do nothing. 6 If anyone does not remain in me, he is like a branch that is thrown away and withers; such branches are picked up, thrown into the fire and burned.

XV. Professing the Truth and Not Practicing It (Jn. 13:17)
17 Now that you know these things, you will be blessed if you do them.

XVI. Lack of Humility (Mk. 10:15)
15 I tell you the truth, anyone who will not receive the kingdom of Elohim like a little child will never enter it.”

XVII. Living as Worldly Men (I Cor. 3:1-4)
Brothers, I could not address you as spiritual but as worldly —mere infants in Messiah. 2 I gave you milk, not solid food, for you were not yet ready for it. Indeed, you are still not ready. 3 You are still worldly. For since there is jealousy and quarreling among you, are you not worldly? Are you not acting like mere men? 4 For when one says, “I follow Paul,” and another, “I follow Apollos,” are you not mere men?

XVIII. Lack of Obedience (Heb. 3:18)
18 And to whom did Elohim swear that they would never enter his rest if not to those who disobeyed?

XIX. Not Feeding the Flock (Lk. 12:42-48)
42 The Master answered, “Who then is the faithful and wise manager, whom the master puts in charge of his servants to give them their food allowance at the proper time? 43 It will be good for that servant whom the master finds doing so when he returns. 44 I tell you the truth, he will put him in charge of all his possessions. 45 But suppose the servant says to himself, ‘My master is taking a long time in coming,’ and he then begins to beat the menservants and maidservants and to eat and drink and get drunk. 46 The master of that servant will come on a day when he does not expect him and at an hour he is not aware of. He will cut him to pieces and assign him a place with the unbelievers.47 “That servant who knows his master’s will and does not get ready or does not do what his master wants will be beaten with many blows. 48 But the one who does not know and does things deserving punishment will be beaten with few blows. From everyone who has been given much, much will be demanded; and from the one who has been entrusted with much, much more will be asked.

XX. Not Settling Quarrels (Matt. 5:25-26)
25 “Settle matters quickly with your adversary who is taking you to court. Do it while you are still with him on the way, or he may hand you over to the judge, and the judge may hand you over to the officer, and you may be thrown into prison. 26 I tell you the truth, you will not get out until you have paid the last penny.”

XXI. Taking Away the Key of Knowledge (Substituting Man’s Theories for Elohim’s Truth) (Lk. 11:52)
52 “Woe to you experts in the Torah, because you have taken away the key to knowledge. You yourselves have not entered, and you have hindered those who were entering.”

XXII. Seeking to Preserve Your Life in This World (Jn. 12:24-25)
24 I tell you the truth, unless a kernel of wheat falls to the ground and dies, it remains only a single seed. But if it dies, it produces many seeds. 25 The man who loves his life will lose it, while the man who hates his life in this world will keep it for age-abiding life.

XXIII. Lack of Spiritual Fruit in the Life (Jn. 15:5-6)
5 “I am the vine; you are the branches. If a man remains in me and I in him, he will bear much fruit; apart from me you can do nothing. 6 If anyone does not remain in me, he is like a branch that is thrown away and withers; such branches are picked up, thrown into the fire and burned.

XXIV. Adding to or Taking Away From Elohim’s Words (Rev. 22:18-19)
18 I warn everyone who hears the words of the prophecy of this book: If anyone adds anything to them, Elohim will add to him the plagues described in this book. 19 And if anyone takes words away from this book of prophecy, Elohim will take away from him his share in the tree of life and in the holy city, which are described in this book.

XXV. Lack of Fidelity in Little Things (Lk. 16:10-12)
10 “Whoever can be trusted with very little can also be trusted with much, and whoever is dishonest with very little will also be dishonest with much. 11 So if you have not been trustworthy in handling worldly wealth, who will trust you with true riches? 12 And if you have not been trustworthy with someone else’s property, who will give you property of your own?

XXVI. Work Not Standing the Test of Fire at the Judgment (I Cor. 3:10-15)
10 By the favor Elohim has given me, I laid a foundation as an expert builder, and someone else is building on it. But each one should be careful how he builds. 11 For no one can lay any foundation other than the one already laid, which is YHWH Messiah. 12 If any man builds on this foundation using gold, silver, costly stones, wood, hay or straw, 13 his work will be shown for what it is, because the Day will bring it to light. It will be revealed with fire, and the fire will test the quality of each man’s work. 14 If what he has built survives, he will receive his reward. 15 If it is burned up, he will suffer loss; he himself will be saved, but only as one escaping through the flames.

XXVII. Defrauding the Laborer of His Rightful Wages (James 5:1-5)
Now listen, you rich people, weep and wail because of the misery that is coming upon you. 2 Your wealth has rotted, and moths have eaten your clothes. 3 Your gold and silver are corroded. Their corrosion will testify against you and eat your flesh like fire. You have hoarded wealth in the last days. 4 Look! The wages you failed to pay the workmen who mowed your fields are crying out against you. The cries of the harvesters have reached the ears of YHWH Almighty. 5 You have lived on earth in luxury and self-indulgence. You have fattened yourselves in the day of slaughter.

XXVIII. Being Ashamed of Messiah (Lk. 9:25-26)
25 What good is it for a man to gain the whole world, and yet lose or forfeit his very self? 26 If anyone is ashamed of me and my words, the Son of Man will be ashamed of him when he comes in his glory and in the glory of the Father and of the holy angels.

XXIX. Grumbling and Complaining (I Cor. 10:10)
And do not grumble, as some of them did —and were killed by the destroying angel.

XXX. Speaking Evil of the Set-apart Spirit (Matt. 12:32)
Anyone who speaks a word against the Son of Man will be forgiven, but anyone who speaks against the Set-apart Spirit will not be forgiven, either in this age or in the age to come.

XXXI. Lack of Watchfulness (Lk. 21:36)
36 Be always on the watch, and pray that you may be able to escape all that is about to happen, and that you may be able to stand before the Son of Man.”

XXXII. Failure to Fight the Good Fight of Faith (I Tim. 6:12-14)
12 Fight the good fight of the faith. Take hold of the age-abiding life to which you were called when you made your good confession in the presence of many witnesses. 13 In the sight of Elohim, who gives life to everything, and of Messiah YHWH, who while testifying before Pontius Pilate made the good confession, I charge you 14 to keep this command without spot or blame until the appearing of our Master YHWH Messiah.

XXXIII. Not Having the Crown of Life/Persevering Under Trial (James 1:12)
12 Blessed is the man who perseveres under trial, because when he has stood the test, he will receive the crown of life that Elohim has promised to those who love him.

XXXIV. Failure to Warn the Wicked (Ezek. 33:8-9)
8 When I say to the wicked, ‘O wicked man, you will surely die, ’ and you do not speak out to dissuade him from his ways, that wicked man will die for his sin, and I will hold you accountable for his blood. 9 But if you do warn the wicked man to turn from his ways and he does not do so, he will die for his sin, but you will have saved yourself.

XXXV. Turning Back (Lk. 9:62)
No one who puts his hand to the plow and looks back is fit for service in the kingdom of Elohim.

XXXVI. Not Having a Wedding Garment (Matt. 22:11-14)
11 “But when the king came in to see the guests, he noticed a man there who was not wearing wedding clothes. 12 ‘Friend,’ he asked, ‘how did you get in here without wedding clothes?’ The man was speechless.13 “Then the king told the attendants, ‘Tie him hand and foot, and throw him outside, into the darkness, where there will be weeping and gnashing of teeth.’ 14 “For many are invited, but few are chosen.”

XXXVII. Lack of Faithfulness in Teachers (Lk. 12:42-48)
42 The Lord answered, “Who then is the faithful and wise manager, whom the master puts in charge of his servants to give them their food allowance at the proper time? 43 It will be good for that servant whom the master finds doing so when he returns. 44 I tell you the truth, he will put him in charge of all his possessions. 45 But suppose the servant says to himself, ‘My master is taking a long time in coming,’ and he then begins to beat the menservants and maidservants and to eat and drink and get drunk. 46 The master of that servant will come on a day when he does not expect him and at an hour he is not aware of. He will cut him to pieces and assign him a place with the unbelievers.
47 “That servant who knows his master’s will and does not get ready or does not do what his master wants will be beaten with many blows. 48 But the one who does not know and does things deserving punishment will be beaten with few blows. From everyone who has been given much, much will be demanded; and from the one who has been entrusted with much, much more will be asked.

XXXVIII. Not Subjecting Yourself to Messiah’s Authority (Lk. 19:14,27)
14 “But his subjects hated him and sent a delegation after him to say, ‘We don’t want this man to be our king.’…27 But those enemies of mine who did not want me to be king over them—bring them here and kill them in front of me.’”

XXXIX. Sexual Impurity (I Thess. 4:6-7)
in this matter no one should wrong his brother or take advantage of him. YHWH will punish men for all such sins, as we have already told you and warned you. 7 For Elohim did not call us to be impure, but to live a holy life.

XL. Not Using the Abilities Elohim Has Given You (Matt. 25:14-30)
14 “Again, it will be like a man going on a journey, who called his servants and entrusted his property to them. 15 To one he gave five talents of money, to another two talents, and to another one talent, each according to his ability. Then he went on his journey. 16 The man who had received the five talents went at once and put his money to work and gained five more. 17 So also, the one with the two talents gained two more. 18 But the man who had received the one talent went off, dug a hole in the ground and hid his master’s money.19 “After a long time the master of those servants returned and settled accounts with them. 20 The man who had received the five talents brought the other five. ‘Master,’ he said, ‘you entrusted me with five talents. See, I have gained five more.’21 “His master replied, ‘Well done, good and faithful servant! You have been faithful with a few things; I will put you in charge of many things. Come and share your master’s happiness!’22 “The man with the two talents also came. ‘Master,’ he said, ‘you entrusted me with two talents; see, I have gained two more.’23 “His master replied, ‘Well done, good and faithful servant! You have been faithful with a few things; I will put you in charge of many things. Come and share your master’s happiness!’24 “Then the man who had received the one talent came. ‘Master,’ he said, ‘I knew that you are a hard man, harvesting where you have not sown and gathering where you have not scattered seed. 25 So I was afraid and went out and hid your talent in the ground. See, here is what belongs to you.’26 “His master replied, ‘You wicked, lazy servant! So you knew that I harvest where I have not sown and gather where I have not scattered seed? 27 Well then, you should have put my money on deposit with the bankers, so that when I returned I would have received it back with interest.28 “‘Take the talent from him and give it to the one who has the ten talents. 29 For everyone who has will be given more, and he will have an abundance. Whoever does not have, even what he has will be taken from him. 30 And throw that worthless servant outside, into the darkness, where there will be weeping and gnashing of teeth.’

XLI. Not Repenting From Practicing False Teaching (Rev. 2:14-15)
14 Nevertheless, I have a few things against you: You have people there who hold to the teaching of Balaam, who taught Balak to entice the Israelites to sin by eating food sacrificed to idols and by committing sexual immorality. 15 Likewise you also have those who hold to the teaching of the Nicolaitans. 16 Repent therefore! Otherwise, I will soon come to you and will fight against them with the sword of my mouth.

XLII. Worshiping the Beast or His Image or Taking the Mark of The Beast on Your Right Hand or Forehead (Rev. 14:9-10)
“If anyone worships the beast and his image and receives his mark on the forehead or on the hand, 10 he, too, will drink of the wine of Elohim’s fury, which has been poured full strength into the cup of his wrath. He will be tormented with burning sulfur in the presence of the holy angels and of the Lamb.

XLIII. Not Overcoming (Rev. 21:7-8)
7 He who overcomes will inherit all this, and I will be his Elohim and he will be my son. 8 But the cowardly, the untrusting, the vile, the murderers, the sexually immoral, those who practice magic arts, the idolaters and all liars —their place will be in the fiery lake of burning sulfur. This is the second death.”

This blog is of utmost importance to all who read it.  If we keep Messiah's Teachings and keep the Torah, we will inherit the 1,000 year reign of Messiah.  Failure to keep even one point and practice any one sin will result in us forfeiting the kingdom.  Blessings to all who read this and take it to heart.
