Yeshua said,"For I say to you, that unless your righteousness surpasses that of the scribes and Pharisees, you will not enter the kingdom of heaven."(Matt.5v20).
Yeshua said,"But I say to you, love your enemies and pray for those who persecute you, so that you may be sons of your Father who is in heaven..."(Matt.5v44).
And it is written,'I desire Mercy not sacrifice, knowledge of God rather than burnt offerings."(Hosea 6v6).
Yeshua said to the Pharisees,"...and have neglected the weightier provisions of Torah: justice, mercy, and faithfullness;"(Matt.23v23).
Yeshua said that they worshipped the letter of Torah, but denied the spirit of Torah.
I have heard much of the rules of Torah observance, as well as many speeches about what I have to do to be counted "acceptable" by the folks here. Well, just let me say this. I am accountable to Yehovah ha' Elohim and his Mashiyach Yehoshua. If I am acceptable to him, THAT is all that matters. I am told I must be perfect in my observance of Torah, dietary laws, special days, and such according to certain peoples opinions. This is why I am strictly NON-denominational. I try my best to follow the commands of my Lord and Master(blessed be he), not what men say. Elohim's opinion of me is all that matters, like it or not. Amen
When you can honestly say that you surpass the righteousness of the Parisees, then, perhaps, you can criticize me.
