Fear not,

I was merely stating a fact. We read in 4th Maccabees:

21 Now when Elohim fashioned man, he planted in him emotions and inclinations,
22 but at the same time he enthroned the mind among the senses as a sacred governor over them all.
23 To the mind he gave the Torah; and one who lives subject to this will rule a kingdom that is temperate, just, good, and courageous.
(4Macc. 2:21-23)

So my rational mind is in the drivers seat and my emotions are in the passenger's seat. This is why Yeshua teaches us about fear, anxiousness (worry):

[25] "Therefore I tell you, do not be anxious about your life, what you shall eat or what you shall drink, nor about your body, what you shall put on. Is not life more than food, and the body more than clothing?
[26] Look at the birds of the air: they neither sow nor reap nor gather into barns, and yet your heavenly Father feeds them. Are you not of more value than they?
[27] And which of you by being anxious can add one cubit to his span of life?
[28] And why are you anxious about clothing? Consider the lilies of the field, how they grow; they neither toil nor spin;
[29] yet I tell you, even Solomon in all his glory was not arrayed like one of these.
[30] But if God so clothes the grass of the field, which today is alive and tomorrow is thrown into the oven, will he not much more clothe you, O men of little faith?
[31] Therefore do not be anxious, saying, `What shall we eat?' or `What shall we drink?' or `What shall we wear?'
[32] For the Gentiles seek all these things; and your heavenly Father knows that you need them all.
[33] But seek first his kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things shall be yours as well.
[34] "Therefore do not be anxious about tomorrow, for tomorrow will be anxious for itself. Let the day's own trouble be sufficient for the day.
(Matthew 6:25-34 RSV)

There is no need to ever worry about a "negative confession."

As a matter of logic, one either has a problem or does not have a problem.

If one does not have a problem, there is no reason to worry.

If one has a problem, one can either do something about the problem, or they cannot.

If one cannot do anything about the problem, then there is no need to worry, because the problem cannot be resolved with or without worry.

If one can do something about the problem, then there is no reason to worry, because you can do something about it.

In this case I have a problem: My wife was hospitalized for nearly two months with septic shock. Many people who suffer from septic shock, never fully recover. It has been over six months, and my wife has not fully recovered. Therefore she may never fully recover, and we struggling to survive financially. I can do something about that problem, because I can ***inform the community of the problem and seek community support***.
