Forget the "Sputnik moment." If two astrophysicists are correct, we may be having a "Tyche moment" -- a ninth planet to add to our solar system. But that's a big "if." The two scientists who make the claim, Daniel Whitmire and John Matese from the…Continue

Who says the world is only full of bad news? NASA has largely dismissed a Russian report that an asteroid larger than two football fields could hit Earth by 2036. In other words, you can relax. Known as "99942 Apophis," the 900-foot-long asteroid…Continue

The comet Hale-Bopp was the comet of the exodus, not the comet of the world-wide flood as some believe.  This comet has marked our generation as the last generation before the end of the age.  March 22, 1997 was perigee and April 1, 1997 was perihelion when the comet Hale-Bopp reached the phase of its prominent brightness.  The 8 days of Passover/Matza fell during this time period just as it did during the exodus almost 3500 years ago.

Do you refer to the theories of Immanuel Velikovsky when you refer to an Exodus comet?

If you throw out the idea of Venus being the comet.

In chapter 3 of Worlds in Collision he gives a lot of good quotes from ancient authors about the exodus comet.
