Favorite version of Scriptures:
Restoration True Name Edition
I have the Swiss Nationality and was born a Catholic. Later I found out that our roots are jewish. My life was completely changed. Since 6 years I am living in Thailand because of a calling. I am looking for more truth and coming back to the roots.
I was a musicien and played the organ, piano and guitar.
At the moment music has faded away and my creator is preparing somethin new or different. But I still like Johann Sebastian Bach and some jewish worship music.
Not many anymore. I also have been an acrice and was on stage about 10 years. I read a lot of books. All this has gone. I am reading only texts or books which explaines me more about the Thora or NT.
Favorite Television Shows and Movies:
At the moment I am interested to look Corean TV. The people struck me with their gentile manners and behavior, at least in these stories. Movies I like to look when they have a good story with possibility to learn sosmething about it.
What is your favorite Book of the Scriptures?
What is your favorite verse?
Difficult to say, it dipends on the situation. I have many verses to accompagn my life. PS 23.1 YHVH is my shepherd I do not lack and PS 27.8 To my heart you have said, "Seek my face" Your face YHVH I seek.
What is your favorite quote? (From Scripture or elsewhere)
At the moment: Shemoth 19.5 + 6 And now if you diligently obey My voice, and shall guard My covenant, then you shall be My treasured possession above all the peoples - for all the earth is Mine - and you shall be to Me a reign of priests and a set-apart nation.
How did you hear of NazareneSpace?
I did not hear from you. You had written an e-mail to me and I do not know how you got my address.
I still remember some Thai, but it has been over 30 years since I have been there and have only had the ocassion to use it here a few times in Thai restaurants, which always brings a smile and a show of appreciation. One of the things I really miss is the appreciation always shown to an American who takes the time to learn the language of their host.
I wasn't fluent by any means, but I was able to go to the movies without captions and follow the movie fairly well. I had a good teacher, actually I had alot of friends there, and have alwyas hoped to go back upon retirement.
May Abba YAH bless and protect you and your family.
Shalom Again Sister; Perhaps things have changed over the past 40 years concerning their appreciation for the learning of their language.
At any rate; I would be glad to pray for this teacher. The only family I have is my family in Yahushua, but I will surely ask them to consider prayers for her as I full well understand loneliness, and especially understand her need for our Savior.
“Many daughters have done nobly, But you have risen over them all.” Loveliness is deceptive And prettiness is vain, A woman who fears YHWH is to be praised. Give her of the fruit of her hands, And let her works praise her in the gates. > Mishle (Proverbs) 30:29-31
